REGO Guardian is a division of REGO Payment Architectures, Inc., which participates in PRIVO's Kids Privacy Assured Program for COPPA Safe Harbor Certification. Guardian is designed to meet applicable COPPA and GDPR requirements through privacy-by-design architecture, data minimization, secure verification, and verifiable parental consent, establishing a trusted framework for protecting children and families across the digital ecosystem.
