Delete your Rego Guardian account.

How to delete it

1. Open Rego Guardian on your phone and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to Settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.
4. Confirm with your fingerprint, face, or device passcode. The account is removed straight away.

If you no longer have the app, reinstall it and sign in with the same phone number, then follow the steps. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What is removed

• Your account, including your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your sign-in on every device, and any passkeys you set up.
• The children you added, unless another guardian is also attached to them.
• Your device's push registration.

What stays

• The consent records platforms already hold. A platform keeps the fact that a verified parent approved, limited, or revoked access, under the pseudonym it was given for your child. It never had your child's name, and it does not get it now.
• The result of your identity check, which is a pass or fail and an assurance level, never the document. Our verification partner destroyed your ID after checking it.

Nothing is kept for a retention period. Deletion is immediate.
