REGO Guardian

Terms of service

The deal, stated plainly.

Everything below is how Guardian works today. The full legal text is being finalized with counsel and will replace this note before launch; it can add detail to these commitments, never weaken them.

What Guardian is

A consent service: verified parents approve, limit, or revoke what their child can do on participating platforms, and platforms receive a signed answer without the child's identity. Guardian is not a monitoring product and does not observe what happens inside a platform.

Who can use it

Adults who verify their identity with our verification partner. Enrolling a child requires being their verified parent or guardian; inviting another adult onto a family requires their own verification, never a shortcut through yours.

What you agree to

To verify honestly, to enroll only children you genuinely have authority for, and to keep your sign-in to yourself. Decisions made on your account are yours; that attribution is what makes the consent worth something to everyone relying on it.

What platforms agree to

Participating platforms honor the answers, re-check revocations, and never receive more than the signed result. A platform's own rules and safety features remain its own responsibility.

What we don't promise

Guardian proves consent; it cannot guarantee a child's behavior, another user's conduct, or a platform's moderation. We aim for the service to be available and correct, and when something breaks we say so plainly.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you before it takes effect. Questions about any of this reach a person, not a form that goes nowhere.
