Who we are

regoguardian.com is the website of REGO Guardian, a division of REGO Payment Architectures, Inc. ("REGO", "we", "us"). This policy covers only this website. The Guardian app for iOS and Android and the parent portal at app.regoguardian.com are covered by the REGO Guardian Application Privacy Policy.

What we collect

You can use this website without creating an account or giving us any personal information. The site has no sign-up form and no form that sends what you type to us. The family agreement builder and the Parent Action Center letter tool work entirely in your browser; nothing you type in them is sent to us or saved.

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply.

Server logs

Like any website, the services that host and deliver this site record each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser's details. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

Anonymous visit counts

We use Mixpanel to count which pages are visited and how often the Get started button is used. Mixpanel receives the page path, Get started clicks, and your browser, operating system, device type and screen size. It does not receive your name, email, the full address of the page, the page you came from, or anything you type.

Nothing is stored on your device for this: no cookie and no saved identifier, so each visit is counted on its own and we cannot recognise you when you come back. We tell Mixpanel not to store your IP address or use it to estimate your location. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load Mixpanel at all.

Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies. It keeps one note in your browser's session storage, remembering that you closed the announcement banner, so it stays closed while you browse. That note is deleted when you close the tab.

Videos

Some pages include videos played from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. When such a page loads, YouTube receives your IP address and browser details, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent information about visitors, show ads, or allow advertising networks or tracking pixels on this site.

The site links to other websites, such as the app stores, our social media pages, and the resources and partners we mention. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

This website is written for parents and for the platforms that work with Guardian. It is not directed to children, and it does not ask anyone, child or adult, for personal information.
